Summer Painter Position – Scholars Edge Painting (Summer 2026)
Scholars Edge Painting is hiring dedicated full-time painters for the 2026 summer season, with positions beginning in early June and running through the end of August.
Starting pay is $20+/hour, with opportunities for performance-based increases. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong work ethic, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. No prior painting experience is required.

What We’re Looking For:
- Transportation:
A reliable personal vehicle is required, as many of our job sites are outside of public transit routes, including areas such as West St. Paul and St. Andrews.
- Communication:
A working cell phone is required for team communication and scheduling.
- Availability:
Applicants must be available from the end of May through the end of August 2026.
- Physical Capability:
Ability to lift and move ladders, paint supplies, and equipment throughout the workday.
- Attention to Detail:
Commitment to producing high-quality work and maintaining professional standards.
- Reliability:
Punctual, self-motivated, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Teamwork:
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Comfort Working at Heights:
Comfortable using ladders and working at heights when necessary. Safety equipment and harnesses are provided.
