Our company opens an office in your city and is looking for responsible, competent, adequate specialists.

The anticipated schedule for this role is Monday - Friday.

As the Office Manager, your responsibilities include:

Customer service management
Problem solve inquiries and questions
Client reception and customer service management
Training & on-boarding of administrative staff
Information management
Expense and petty cash processing and control
Accounting controls and reporting
Daily and monthly bank reconciliation
Clinic office management & administration

To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications:

Strong administrative background
Well-developed organization and time management skills
Excellent understanding of quality customer service
Management experience considered an asset
Accounting experience considered an asset

$24.00 - $26.00 /hour
